Turnkey Implementation of Healthcare Project :

The overall nationwide dream of the Health Care Development Program has been piloted through a Project (Health Care Development Project or HCDP) which includes a 250-bed Teaching Hospital (upgradeable to 500-bed) and 10 Urban Health Centres in and around Dhaka, and a 200–bed (upgradeable to 300-bed) Regional Hospital in Sirajganj, 30-75 bed Sub-regional hospitals (upgradeable to 100-bed) in Bogra, Pabna, Dinajpur and Thakurgaon, and 4 Peripheral Health Centres linked to the Sub-regional Hospitals. This project has equipment component equivalent to EUR 18.60 million and the Dutch Government has supported EUR 19.30 million as a Grant under ORET program.
For the implementation of the project - HCDP, the Dutch Government has supported EUR 19.30 million as a Grant under ORET program. Simed International bv. the Netherlands was responsible for implementing the Project in co-operation with HEMA , Bangladesh.
